We use your data to respond to your inquiry and, for adoption, to assess whether an animal and a home are a good match. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in handling inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)), or steps prior to an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and are then deleted, unless longer retention is required by law.

We do not sell personal data. Messages are sent by email and therefore pass through our email provider. The contact page embeds a map from Google, which may process data according to Google's own privacy policy.
